Notes
-
One (1) pound will polish approximately 200 square feet.
-
Mix must be kept wet or etching will occur.
-
It is best to work with two men to buff and rinse.
Instructions
-
Strip off any wax or sealer from the marble.
-
Sprinkle approximately 1/4 cup of the mix on to the floor to cover an area
the size of the buffing pad. Sprinkle the balance around the entire area.
-
Wet the mix with enough cool water to make a watery slurry. (Do not over
wet or make watery)
-
Place the buffing pad and machine over the mix and begin buffing the area
moving the machine constantly.
-
If mix seems too dry or pasty add water as needed.
-
Buff the area 5 to 10 minutes checking periodically to see if the desired
shine has been achieved. The second man should do this by squeegeeing back
or wiping the material away in a small area.
-
When shine is achieved flood the area with water, buff over with one more
pass, stop machine and vac off the water.
-
Immediately flood again, mop and vac off.
-
Rinse/mop several times with clean water.
