INSTRUCTIONS FOR HARDROCK STONE, TILE & MASONRY CLEANERS
STM4000 Stone & Tile Cleaner
PREPARATION: Dust mop, sweep or vacuum area to remove loose dirt.
Test a small area before complete application to insure the desired results will be achieved.
APPLICATION: Mix 3 oz. (90 ml) of cleaner per on gallon (3.785 L) of water. For Floors: Ring excess liquid from the mop and damp mop the floor. Allow to air dry. Do not rinse. For counter tops and walls: wipe with a cloth or sponge containing the mixed solution.
STM6000 Phosphoric Acid Cleaner
PREPARATION: Wait a minimum of 7 days before cleaning newly grouted installations. Mask off any adjoining surfaces that may be damaged by acid. Use plastic or acid resistant tape.
Test a small area before complete application to insure the desired results will be achieved.
MIXING: The ratio of acid to water will vary depending on the job to be done. Start with a mix of 1 part acid to 5 parts water and adjust the strength as needed.
APPLICATION: Pre-wet the surface with a light amount of water, apply the mixed acid solution and allow to stand for 1 or 2 minutes and then agitate with a brush or white scrub pad. Do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. Vacuum or mop up the dirty solution. Re-wet with clean water and scrub with a brush or white pad and rinse thoroughly to insure that all of the acid solution has been removed.
MAINTENANCE: Hardrock Stone & Tile Cleaner is recommended for regular maintenance cleaning.
