Hardrock Floor Machines and Drive Plates

Hardrock Floor Machines are specially designed for refinishing and polishing marble, granite, limestone, and terrazzo floors.  The machines have high horsepower motors and increased weight to handle the toughest jobs.

• All machines are UL approved.

• All Aluminum construction for long life.

• 17" and 20" models have 1.5 hp 66 frame motors

• 13" model has a 1 hp 66 frame motor

• Dual speed model has 175 and 300 rpm speed for greater flexibility.

• Safety lock switch prevents accidental starting of the machine.

• Will accept standard, brush type, pad drivers

• Operates on standard 110/120 Volt current.

Hardrock Drive Plates are designed to be the only drive plate you will need for refinishing and polishing stone floors.  The base is constructed of solid steel to provide the weight needed for grinding with diamonds and produce the friction needed for polishing.

• Balanced weight is in the plate; eliminates adding weight to top of the machine.

• Designed for both grinding and polishing.

• Fits all standard floor machines.

• Six Velcro pads for holding diamonds.

• Six water feed holes.

• Available for 13, 17, and 20 inch machines.

Hardrock Rubber Base Pads for driving steel wool or synthetic buffing pads are included with each drive plate.  The rubber has matching velcro on the back for attaching to the drive plate and short nipples on the front for holding the steel wool and synthetic pads.

• Converts the plate from driving diamonds to driving buffing pads.

• No need to have different plates for diamond grinding and polishing.

• Easy to attach and to remove.

• Protects the Velcro from becoming clogged with steel wool.

• Provides even down pressure over the entire buffing pad.
